I’ve noticed that they keep that banjo “twangy” sound longer, stretch less, and I haven’t broken one yet. I use custom plectrum set gauges of .012, .014, .020, .030 which might be considered "heavy" but that's what I've always used for good tension balance, volume, and tone. I've given away sets for other players to try out and without exception I hear back "great tone, great volume, zero breakage" which is the same as my experience. These are the best strings I have ever used in my 49 years of playing banjo!
